What does the Association plan to do?

• Define a professional identity for people working in the childcare sector
• Form a body to which childcare professionals can affiliate & develop a strong membership across Dublin.
• Influence national policy on equitable pay and conditions
• Work towards promoting the ACP’s code of ethics based on best practice within the sector.
• Help members with their continuing professional development.
• Work towards establishing a National Body.

Who can join?
Anyone working in:
• Sessional, Part-time and Full Day Care settings
• Montessori, Naionraí, Steiner schools
• School Age Childcare services
• Childminders

New members will be invited to register on the day.
