FCCC are delighted to announce the 2018 round of Parent and Toddler Group Grant Initiative
This year the frame time for completing the application and sending it back to us is quite tight. The last date for receipt of the completed applications is Thursday 19th July.
As with last year’s grant, please ensure that you can meet the criteria, guidelines attached above.
With completed application forms please enclose the following to ensure smooth appraisal process.
If you are part of a larger organisation and the P & T Group does not have its own individual bank/credit union account, a letter from the organisation is required stating that the monies received is only used to support the P & T Group.
Evidence that the grantee agrees to indemnify Fingal County Childcare Committee, Pobal, DCYA and the Exchequer from and against all actions, proceedings and costs, claims, demands and liabilities arising from all and every action in connection with the approved Grant. You will be able to request this from your Insurance company.
Up to date bank/credit union statement – no older than 2 months old
Statement showing closing balance of no more than €3,000 at the end of December 20117
Evidence of the groups insurance.
If you received funding last year and have still to submit receipts and the 2017 Progress Report please forward on with your application for this year’s funding – failure to send in outstanding documents from last year’s grant will mean that groups will not be able to apply for funding this year.
