Respecting equality and diversity is essential to the development of each individual, community and society as a whole. Through a number of objectives the FCCC aim to raise awareness and actively promote an equality and diversity ethos in its work and to all those involved in the childcare sector.
The Office of the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs (OMCYA) has produced ‘Diversity and Equality guidelines for childcare practitioners’, and these are available to download here. |
